Frustrated orgasm, or its cause: premature ejaculation. The judgment meting out frustration. “Doom of balm” appears only once (l337) and it is not clear whether she means frustration with this also, or the balm of requitement, be it orgasm or ejaculation. Since “death” means the collapse after requitement in her symbolism, to be “doomed to death” would be the great boon of intercourse; but the symbol seems never to be used in this sense.
