Preanalysis assumption: “Head” has a variety of meanings, both male and female ones. Mainly it is that what spearheads the climactic sexual experience. Mentally, psychologically, it is the pitch of arousal; physiologically it is glans in the male, the intravaginal cup in the female. In the extended sense ( and possibly most often used that way) it is male ejaculation, synonymous with crest, crown; and orgasm in the female, also synonymous with crest, crown.
