Synonyms: redder

Preanalysis assumption: “red” is a symbol of erogenous coloration. It appeared occasionally that it applies in this function more to the male, genital, while “purple” seemed predominantly female. Of late I have come to recognize that “red” stands often as synonym for "blood“, which in turn is symbol for virility, with sexual desire at prime.
