Essentially the same meaning as “word”, the thing one lover communicates to the other in sexual intercourse; ejaculation and orgasm. But in the male meaning identification is more with the single semen quantum than with the entire emission. There are additional symbolisms hidden in this term which I cannot yet quite decipher but which belong in that newer of dimensions in her “lone orthography” that of the higher refinements.
